UrduVerse is an app for learning Urdu from zero: speaking it, understanding it, and reading it in its own script. It's made by Fluencyverse.
It started with a simple problem. Fluencyverse's founder grew up in Pakistan, with Urdu as the family language, and still found it hard to learn properly. Later, living overseas, the same question kept coming from friends and people close to the family: where do I start? There wasn't a good answer.
So Fluencyverse built a starting point.
UrduVerse teaches the way you'd want a friend to teach you. Spoken Urdu comes first, a few words at a time. Then the script, letter by letter. You hear every word, you see it in Urdu with the Roman spelling beside it, and words come back for review before you forget them.
Right now it's a solid start: the free starter path takes you from your first hello to your first real conversation in Urdu. The plan is to keep building it into a complete course, one piece at a time.
The founder's own story: Why I'm building UrduVerse.
